Diffraction experiments

Diffraction experiments can be performed with x-rays, electrons, neutrons, or α-particles (helium nuclei). To easily distinguish the diffraction peaks it is convenient if the wavelength of the waves that diffract is about 0.1 nm.

Calculate the energy of a photon, an electron, a neutron, and an α-particle if the wavelength of each is 0.1 nm.
